Edge Fulfillment wanted to create a whitepaper / infographic that demonstrated the difficulty and chaos of finding vendors to get orders fulfilled and in customers' hands. They even explored and recorded the process themselves, which resulted in many hours spent for very few usable proposals received. We created icons to represent each stage in the process and designed a linear time-flow that illustrates three different approaches to finding vendors, all of which take the reader on a chaotic path to a less-than-ideal result.
