PEF is a nonprofit organization that provides training, research, and resources to the public education community in Hamilton County, TN. Their mission is to increase student achievement, and by doing so, increase quality of life. Many students have become first-generation college graduates through PEF programs or been exposed to technology and industries that may have otherwise been outside their reach. PEF's annual report needed to tell these stories and summarize their impact over the '19-'20 year.
