Pillar To Post is a professional home inspection company based in Chattanooga, TN. It's owner, Ken, is our owner's (Stephanie) dad – we love a good family connection! Having been in business for nearly 25 years, Ken had never really utilized social media or email marketing to grow his business. But with more and younger real estate professionals entering the market, he decided it was time to spruce things up.
We started by doing an audit of PTP's social media channels to find things they were doing well or things they could improve. Next, we put those insights to work through monthly content calendars, plus new content created, curated, and scheduled every week. We also integrated weekly email campaigns into the overall marketing plan to keep PTP showing up for its clients.
During our social media audit, we determined a starting set of "post types" that could show off Pillar To Post's expertise while giving clients insight into their business.
